In the spirit of the upcoming summer solstice and the New Strawberry Moon, we'll learn about and reflect on the solar plexus chakra. It's an energetic center of power, associated with fire and an inner sense of knowing and courage.

After we spend some time learning with guest teacher Stacey Grandizio, I'll guide you through a meditation where I'll invite you to connect with this part of your body and energetically tap into your power. And then we get playful and strike a power pose or two.

We'll end with time to share as a group. And as we discuss, you'll get to make your own personalized essential oil blend to take home to support your journey of tapping into your power.

Join Annie, your friendly neighborhood witch, to mark the new moon at The Space Within for ritual, reflection, and community. Doors open at 6:45pm and close at 7:10pm so we can settle into our practice. We’ll end by 8:30 with time to linger and commune in the space until 9.
