Spiritual counseling
Let me be your Emotional Support Witch.
Every so often, life throws something at you that knocks you off balance and makes you question your beliefs and expectations about your direction, purpose, or relationships. These seasons are full of questions (why? how? what now?) and emotions (fear, anger, hope, disappointment, anticipation, delight).
Or maybe it’s something more subtle. A new idea sparks interest. You’re feeling tired of being tired. Anything can be a catalyst for wanting to reconnect with your beliefs and desires to create new rhythms and practices.
I’m honored to hold these spaces for you, to welcome your questions, help you process your feelings, facilitate practices, and celebrate your bravery and curiosity. I utilize motivational interviewing, life review narrative, Tarot, and guided meditation, among other tools, to support your spiritual well-being.

Wild: a practice of returning to our innate nature.
I’m a Pagan who practices earth-based spirituality to feel connected to the rhythms of the natural world. My practices include swimming in natural bodies of water, meditation, yoga, Tarot, and marking the moon's phases and changing seasons with ritual and reflection.
Although I have practices that are meaningful to me, I work with clients of all backgrounds and faith traditions, as well as those with no faith or spiritual background. Together we’ll engage in conversation and rituals that suit your spiritual identity and values.
I have a Master of Divinity from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts from Chapman University where I studied political science and Spanish. I trained and served as an interfaith chaplain at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
Book a Spiritual Counseling Session.
What’s included
Sessions are 45 minutes long and take place on Google Meet. We’ll decide together how often to meet (typically once every two to four weeks) and we’ll take it one session at a time.
Disclaimer: Spiritual counseling is not a replacement for psychotherapy. I do not provide diagnoses or treatment for mental illness. Seeing a licensed mental health therapist in tandem with spiritual counseling is a great idea!
investment
Wild Maven Wellness follows the sliding scale model for spiritual counseling session pricing.
Per session, pay $1 for every $1,000 of your annual income, starting at a minimum of $30. For example, if you make $45,000/year, pay $45 per session.
This is on the honors system—no need to show me your pay stubs! I just ask that if you can pay a bit more, please do. That makes it possible for those who have a little less to pay a little less.
